Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service is not intended to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have their parents’ or guardian’s permission. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over the age of 16. Consequently, we recommend parents to be involved in their children’s online activities, to prevent the collection of data on children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us by e-mail, we will then remove the information.

To make sure that the access request was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Please black out your ID photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip containing numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and social security number (BSN) in this copy in order to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
